木质素及其衍生物在医药行业的应用研究进展

摘要 木质素具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性和可加工性,在生物医学和组织工程领域展现出广泛的应用潜力。在简单介绍木质素结构的基础上,综述了木质素作为医药行业新型负载材料的研究进展,如药物载体及缓释系统、医用辅助材料和医学生物传感器等;介绍了木质素在抗病毒、抗肿瘤、调节血糖和血脂,以及抗炎、抗凝血和护肤等方面的药理学活性;总结了香草醛及其衍生物、邻苯二酚和苯酚等木质素降解产物的应用情况。最后分析了当前木质素及其衍生物在医药行业应用过程中存在的问题及未来的研究方向,旨在推动木质素从工业废弃物向高附加值医药应用的转型,以实现其在医药领域的更广泛应用。 Lignin had good biocompatibility,chemical stability,and processability,demonstrating a wide range of potential applications in biomedical and tissue engineering fields.On the basis of a brief introduction to the structure of lignin,this paper reviewed the research progress of lignin as a new type of loading material in the pharmaceutical industry,such as drug carriers and sustained-release systems,medical auxiliary materials,and pharmaceutical biosensors.The pharmacological activities of lignin in antiviral,anti-tumor,blood glucose and lipid regulation,as well as anti-inflammatory,anticoagulant,and skincare were introduced.The application of lignin degradation products such as vanillin and its derivatives,catechol and phenol were summerized.Finally,the problems and future directions in the application of lignin and its derivatives in the pharmaceutical industry were analyzed,aiming to promote the transformation of lignin from industrial waste to high value-added pharmaceutical applications,in order to achieve its wider application in the pharmaceutical field.
