摘要
农药残留限量与检测方法,是食品安全国家标准重要组成部分。本文系统回顾并分析了中国农药残留标准体系建设的历史演变与显著成效,聚焦标准数量的从零到万、检测方法的从繁到简、技术规范的从无到有、立足国内迈向国际的跃迁历程,展示了农残标准体系的中国特色发展路径,同时还阐述了农残体系发展的科学基础和技术要素,提出了未来体系建设的发展设想及努力方向,以期为保障我国食品安全、提升农业绿色转型、推动国际标准接轨提供参考。
Pesticide residue limits and detection methods are critical elements of national food safety standards.This paper presents a systematic review and analysis of the historical evolution and significant achievements in the construction of China’s pesticide residue standards system,It highlights the increase in the number of standards from zero to myriad,the simplification of detecting methods,the establishment of technical specifications,and the leap process from the domestic to international standards,demonstrating the unique development path of the pesticide residue standards system in China.Additionally,the paper elaborated on the scientific basis and technical elements that underpin the development of the system.It proposes future development concepts and directions for constructing the system,aiming to provide scientific references for safeguarding food safety in China,upgrading the green transformation of agriculture,and promoting alignment with the international standards.
