摘要
为了探究弥粉法施药方式下甲维盐在辣椒上的残留消解特性,采用弥粉机对甲维盐在设施辣椒上进行施药,于施药后设定不同时间点采集辣椒果实样品,同时建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱法对辣椒中甲维盐残留量进行测定。结果表明,甲维盐在辣椒上的消解符合一级反应动力学,在设施辣椒上的半衰期为2.3 d,施药后第5 d采集的辣椒中甲维盐最终残留量符合质量安全标准,本研究为弥粉法在设施辣椒生产中使用后的农药残留安全提供了参考依据。
In order to explore the residual digestion characteristics of emamectin benzoate on pepper applied by the powder method,this experiment adopted a powder machine to apply emamectin benzoate on the peppers grown in the greenhouse,and collected pepper samples at different time points after application.Meanwhile,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established to determine the residual emamectin benzoate in pepper plants.The results showed that the residue degradation of emamectin benzoate on pepper was subject to the first-order reaction kinetics,and the half-life of emamectin benzoate on pepper was 2.3 d.The final residue of emamectin benzoate in pepper collected 5 d after application met the quality and safety standard.This study provided a reference for the pesticide residual safety after the use of powder method in the production of pepper in the facility.
