摘要
教学成果奖是餐饮教育人才培养质量的重要标志。文章基于2014年以来餐饮职业教育三届教学成果奖评审结果,从总体数量情况、获奖省份情况、获奖成果类别、获奖成果内容、获奖成果等级、获奖成果完成单位、获奖成果完成人数量区间分布等七个维度进行分析;从策划确定研究主题、实施科学的培育路径两个维度阐述餐饮教育教学成果奖的培育;从确定主题、凝练名称、瞄准问题、改革举措、取得成果、获得效果、成果推广、成果影响、附件等九个维度探讨申报要求。旨在为餐饮院校培育教学成果,提高餐饮院校办学水平和效益提供参考。
The Teaching Achievement Awards(TAA)is an essential indicator of the quality of talent cultivation in culinary education.This paper analyses the results of the TAA for catering education since 2014 from seven dimensions:the overall number of awards,award-winning provinces,types,contents,levels of award-winning achievements,the award-winning institutions,the number of members of award-winning teams.The cultivation of TAA is elucidated in terms of the two dimensions of planning and implementation.Planning refers to the identification of the research theme,which serves as the foundation,while implementation focuses on the scientific cultivation path,which is the key.Furthermore,the application requirements are discussed in terms of the following nine dimensions:identifying the theme,refining the name,targeting the problem,reforming the measures,achieving the results,obtaining the effects,sharing the achievements and experience,assessing the influence on others,and preparing appendixes.The aim is to provide references for culinary schools to cultivate TAA and improve the level and efficiency of catering education.
