摘要
国有企业作为国家经济的重要支柱,其政工工作与经营管理的有效结合对企业的稳定与发展具有深远影响。然而,当前国有企业在融合这两方面工作时存在诸多不协调因素,制约了国有企业的高质量发展。本文旨在探讨国有企业政工工作与经营管理的关系,分析国有企业政工管理存在的问题,以及国有企业政工工作与经营管理协同发展的问题,并提出促进国有企业政工工作与经营管理协同发展的策略,以供参考。
As an important pillar of the national economy,the effective combination of the state-owned enterprise's political work and management has a far-reaching impact on the stability and development of the enterprise.However,at present,there are many uncoordinated factors in the integration of these two aspects of state-owned enterprises,which restricts the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.This paper aims to discuss the relationship between political work and management in state-owned enterprises,analyze the current problems of political work management in state-owned enterprises,as well as the problems of the coordinated development of political work and management in state-owned enterprises,and put forward the strategies to promote the coordinated development of political work and management in state-owned enterprises for reference.
