Economic Reform and Transformation in Belarus

苏联解体初期,15个新独立的国家纷纷开启经济改革步伐。现今回观这些国家改革成效,白俄罗斯经济改革成果引人注目。探究白俄罗斯经济改革的措施,对各项举措进行评判及剖析各阶段经济的特征,从制度层面重新阐释白俄罗斯“休克疗法”和社会导向型市场经济改革的成败源由和关键任务,展望未来发展方向。白俄罗斯的经济改革和经济转型模式对社会主义国家的变革及发展具有重要的借鉴意义。

In the early years of the disintegration of the Soviet Union,the 15 newly independent countries embarked the pace of economic reform.Looking back at the reform eff ectiveness of these countries,Belarus has obtained striking achievements in the economic reforms.To this end,this paper explores the measures of economic reform in Belarus,evaluates the various measures and analyzed the characteristics of the economy in each stage,reinterprets the causes of success and key tasks of the reform of“shock therapy”and social market-oriented economy from the institutional level,and looks forward to the future development direction.The model of economic reform and economic transformation in Belarus has important reference signifi cance for the reform and development of socialist countries.
