乡村振兴中乡村生态环境管理机制研究

On the Management Mechanism of Rural Ecological Environment in Rural Revitalization

随着经济速度的日益增快,常规发展模式已不能有效满足乡村发展的具体需求。针对国家乡村振兴发展战略的新型环境,探究国家乡村生态环境管理机制的构建,明确乡村环境治理发展战略。综合运用革新传统乡村环境管理机制,增强乡村环境治理能力、提升治理水平,促进企业、社会组织、农村居民、政府等多方配合,构建理想的乡村生态治理环境。

With the increasing speed of economy,the conventional development model has been unable to eff ectively meet the specifi c needs of rural development.In view of the new environment regarding national strategy for rural revitalization and development,this paper explores ways of constructing rural ecological environment management mechanism,and clarifi es the development strategies of rural environmental governance:comprehensively utilizing and innovate the traditional rural environmental management mechanism,enhancing the ability and level of rural environmental governance,promoting the cooperation of enterprises,social organizations,rural residents,and the government to build an ideal rural ecological governance environment.
