在新型基础测绘和实景三维中国建设中,测绘地理信息档案不可或缺,测绘地理信息档案数字化是测绘档案信息的源头,已经超过了简单的档案整理和信息保存,成为新型基础测绘建设的重要一环。结合国家加快推进新型基础测绘体系建设的需求,提出了对新时期测绘地理信息档案数字化的新认识,给出了新思路,并进行了实践。建设方案有助于提高测绘地理信息档案的服务能力。
