MRI血管成像与DSA对烟雾病患者血管分级的评估价值比较

Comparison of MRI Angiography and DSA in Evaluating Vascular Grading in Patients with Moyamoya Disease

目的:比较MRI血管成像与DSA对烟雾病患者血管分级评估的临床价值。方法:选择2020年6月至2023年6月我院收治的48例烟雾病患者作为研究对象,均进行MRI血管成像、DSA检查,以DSA为标准对患者烟雾病血管改变进行Suzuki分级,MRI血管成像应用Houkin评级方法进行血管分级评估,比较两种检查方式的一致性。结果:MRI血管成像与DSA评估烟雾病患者血管分级的一致性良好(Kappa=0.776,P=0.000)。结论:MRI血管成像对烟雾病患者血管分级的评估与DSA有较高的一致性,能够为临床诊断烟雾病病情严重程度提供一种无创影像学诊断方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of comparing MRI angiography with DSA in assessing vascular grading in patients with moyamoya disease.Methods:48 patients with Moyamoya disease admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent MRI angiography and DSA examination.Suzuki grading of vascular changes in patients with Moyamoya disease was performed using DSA as the standard,and Houkin grading method was used for vascular grading evaluation in MRI vascular imaging to compare the consistency of the two examination methods.Results:The consistency between MRI angiography and DSA assessment of vascular grading in patients with moyamoya disease is good(Kappa=0.776,P=0.000).Conclusion:MRI vascular imaging has high consistency with DSA in evaluating the vascular grading of patients with moyamoya disease,and can provide a non⁃invasive imaging diagnostic method for clinical diagnosis of the severity of moyamoya disease.
