摘要
造纸污泥的成分复杂且普遍具有较高的污染性。为实现造纸污泥的可循环、资源化利用,以造纸污泥中的白泥为石灰替代材料制备了一种隧道工程专用的加气混凝土,对不同白泥替代率的加气混凝土吸水率、立体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度等基本性能进行试验分析。结果表明:水泥、石灰、石膏、粉煤灰配合比为10:20:3:67,白泥对石灰的替代率为20%,白泥煅烧温度为1200℃时制备的加气混凝土综合性能最佳,可以满足隧道工程施工的需求。
The composition of papermaking sludge is complex and generally has high pollution.In order to realize recycling and resource utilization of papermaking sludge,a kind of aerated concrete for tunnel engineering was prepared with white mud as the substitute material for lime.The basic properties of aerated concrete with different replacement rate of white mud,such as water absorption,threedimensional compressive strength,axial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,were tested and analyzed.The results show that the mixed ratio of cement,lime,gypsum and fly ash is 10:20:3:67,the replacement rate of white mud to lime is 20%,and the calcination temperature of white mud is 1200℃,the comprehensive performance of the aerated concrete is the best,which can meet the needs of tunnel construction.
