摘要
Rabindranath Tagore was the most pivotal friend and mentor of my father Tan Yunshan in his life.They became intimate friends and collaborators on promoting Sino-Indian friendship and mutual understanding,and jointly established the Sino-Indian Cultural Society and the Cheena Bhavana of Visva-Bharati University.
