3D打印技术在矫形鞋垫设计与制作中的应用研究

摘要 足部在维持人体平衡和生命活动中起着重要作用,但足部疾病普遍存在,严重影响生活质量。3D打印矫正鞋垫通过调整足部生物力学结构,为足部疾病患者提供支撑与保护,显著改善其活动能力和人体姿势。本文主要探讨了3D打印技术及其在矫形器领域的应用,介绍矫形鞋垫制作材料与制作方式,结合扁平足患者案例讨论3D打印在其矫形鞋垫设计流程中的应用,希望能够帮助患者分散足底压力,提高关节稳定性,解决由外界因素和生物力学异常引起的患者健康问题。 The foot plays an important role in maintaining human balance and life activities,but foot diseases are widespread and seriously affect the quality of life.By adjusting the biomechanical structure of the foot,3D printed or-thotic insoles provide support and protection for patients with foot diseases,significantly improving their mobility and human posture.This paper mainly discussed 3D printing technology and its application in the field of orthopedic de-vices,introduced the materials and ways of making orthopedic insole,and discussed the application of 3D printing technology in the design process of orthopedic insole based on the cases of patients with flat feet,hoping to help pa-tients disperse plantsole pressure,improve joint stability,and solve patients′health problems caused by external fac-tors and biomechanical abnormalities.
