As a treasure of traditional Chinese craftsmanship,Shu embroidery carries a long history and profound cultural heritage.In today's era,incorporating Shu embroidery into leather product design not only inherits this intan-gible cultural heritage,but also injects new vitality into it and stimulates its potential for innovative development.This paper explored the origin and development,cultural connotations and artistic characteristics of Shu embroidery,as well as its application in traditional leather products.At the same time,the paper researched the application and inno-vative practice of Shu embroidery in leather product design,including innovative design of Shu embroidery patterns,improvement and optimization of craftsmanship,and innovation in the combination with leather products.It is condu-cive to enhancing the cultural connotation and artistic value of Chinese leather products,and enhancing their competi-tiveness in the international market.
