供应链管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,它涵盖了从原材料采购到产品交付给最终客户的整个过程。随着全球经济的快速发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,供应链管理已成为企业获取并维持竞争优势的关键因素。然而,传统的供应链管理模式往往只注重经济效益,忽视了环境和社会可持续发展的重要性。随着人们环保意识的增强和社会可持续发展要求的提高,绿色供应链管理理念应运而生,并逐渐成为当前供应链管理研究的热点。本文主要内容:首先介绍了绿色供应链管理的相关理论基础,包括可持续发展理论、生态经济学理论和利益相关者理论等,在此基础上阐述了绿色供应链管理的内涵,即在供应链管理的各个环节中融入环境保护和资源节约的理念,以实现经济、环境和社会的协调发展;其次,分析了推动绿色供应链管理发展的驱动因素,如政府政策支持、消费者环保意识增强、企业社会责任意识提升等;最后,探讨了绿色供应链管理在不同行业领域的应用现状,特别是在制造业和零售业等领域,越来越多的企业开始采用清洁生产技术、优化物流网络、减少包装浪费等措施,积极践行绿色供应链管理理念。尽管绿色供应链管理研究取得了一定进展,但仍存在一些问题和不足,如缺乏统一的评价体系、部分中小企业推进积极性不高、消费者认知和接受度有待提升等。

Supply chain management is a crucial component of modern enterprise management,encompassing the entire process from raw material procurement to product delivery to end customers.With the rapid development of the global economy and the intensifying market competition,supply chain management has become a key factor for enterprises to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage.However,traditional supply chain management models often focus solely on economic benefi ts,neglecting the importance of environmental and social sustainability.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the rising demands for social sustainability,the concept of green supply chain management has emerged and gradually become a hot topic in current supply chain management research.This paper primarily includes the following content:First,it introduces the theoretical foundations of green supply chain management,including sustainable development theory,ecological economics theory,and stakeholder theory.Building on this foundation,it elaborates on the connotation of green supply chain management,which integrates environmental protection and resource conservation concepts into various stages of supply chain management to achieve coordinated economic,environmental,and social development.Second,the paper analyzes the driving factors for the development of green supply chain management,such as government policy support,enhanced consumer environmental awareness,and increased corporate social responsibility consciousness.Finally,it explores the current applications of green supply chain management across diff erent industries,particularly in manufacturing and retail sectors,where an increasing number of companies are adopting measures such as clean production technologies,optimizing logistics networks,and reducing packaging waste to actively practice the principles of green supply chain management.Despite certain progress in green supply chain management research,there are still some issues and shortcomings,such as the lack of a unifi ed evaluation system,low enthusiasm for advancement among some small and medium-sized enterprises,and the need to improve consumer awareness and acceptance.
