保险企业信创ERP系统财会核心数据同步方法的研究

Research on the Synchronization of Financial and Accounting Core Data for Insurance Enterprise ERP System

作为全球ERP系统的领头羊,SAP系统被广泛应用于国内各大保险企业,各种与保险相关的核心数据都部署在SAP系统中,这是数据安全的一大隐患。随着国家对信息安全重视程度的提升,我国需要逐步实现ERP系统的国产化。在保险企业中,财会系统是国产信创ERP系统的核心,如何从SAP系统的财务会计模块将核心数据同步到信创ERP系统中,是信息化系统国产替代不可或缺的重要工作。从SAP系统中实现财会核心数据的同步,面临的主要问题是如何高效读取SAP簇表的数据。经过对SAP系统的分析,论文提出保险企业信创ERP系统财会核心数据的同步方法,并用实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。

As a leading global ERP system,SAP system is widely used by major domestic insurance companies,and the core data of companies are stored in the SAP system,which is a threaten to national data security.With the increasing emphasis on information security by our country,it is necessary to gradually realize the localization of ERP systems in China.In the insurance industry,the finacial and accounting system is the core of the domestic ERP system.How to synchronize the core data from the financial accounting module of the SAP system to the domestic ERP system is an indispensable and important task in information systems.The main problem faced in synchronizing core data from the SAP system is how to efficiently read data from SAP cluster tables.Through analysis of the data format in SAP system,this paper proposes a synchronization method of reading financial core data from SAP system and storing them to domestic ERP system.The experimental results show that this method is effective and efficient.
