山区某小型水库的淤积现状及清淤的必要性分析

在山区小流域中,分布着大量的小型水库,在长期运用中,许多小水库出现了明显的淤积和病险,随着近年来水库除险加固的完成,病险水库的安全问题基本得到了解决,但淤积的状况却没有得到根本的改善。山区小型水库库容体量不大,但对于一个小流域来说,这些小水库在滞洪减灾,调配所在小流域的水资源上,起着关键的控制作用,是小流域水环境和水生态健康发展的重要组成部分。随着小流域治理的逐步开展,与小流域共建共生的小水库的功能恢复也需要作为系统治理的重要组成部分得到重视,为此,文章对山区小型水库的淤积现状及清淤的必要性和可行性进行了分析。

In the mountainous small watershed,there are a large number of small reservoirs.After a long time operation sedimentation and defects are found in many reservoirs.With the implementation of reservoir reinforcement in recent years,the safety of the defect reservoirs have been basically solved,however the sedimentation still exists.Although the storage capacity of small reservoirs in mountainous areas is not large enough,yet for a small watershed,these small reservoirs could play a key role in flood detention,disasters reduction,and allocation of water resources in the watershed,and are the important part of the healthy development of water environment and water ecology in the small watershed.In the implementation of small watershed management,the functional restoration of small reservoirs should also be stressed in the systematic management of the small watershed.For this purpose,the sedimentation of small reservoirs in mountainous areas and the necessity of reservoir desilting are analyzed in the paper.
