算力驱动新质生产力:理论逻辑与实践路径

New Quality Productive Forces Driven by Computing Power——Theoretical Logic and Practical Path

摘要 算力是新质生产力的核心驱动力,为新质生产力的形成和发展提供了坚实的物质基础。文章深入探讨算力如何驱动新质生产力的发展,并从理论逻辑和实践路径两个维度展开分析。首先,界定算力与新质生产力的概念、特征、作用,并阐述两者之间的内在关系。接着,提出算力作为新质生产力的核心引擎,通过技术创新、产业转型升级、资源配置效率提升、对社会生产力的普遍提升、对经济社会形态的重构、对创新生态系统的构建、对可持续发展与绿色经济的促进、推动数字经济与实体经济的深度融合等方式驱动新质生产力的形成和发展。最后,研究认为技术创新、人才培养和政策支持是算力驱动新质生产力发展的重要实践路径。 As the core driving force of new quality productive forces,computing power provides a solid material foundation for the formation and development of new quality productive forces.This paper probes into how computing power drives the development of new quality productive forces and analyzes it from two dimensions of theoretical logic and practical path.Firstly,the concept,features and functions of computing power and new quality productive forces are defined and described,and the internal relationship between them is expounded.Then,the paper proposes that computing power is the core engine of new quality productivity,and that the formation and development of new quality productive forces are driven through technological innovation,industrial transformation and upgrading,the improvement in efficiency of resource allocation,general improvement of social productivity,the reconstruction of economic and social forms,the construction of innovation ecosystem,the promotion of sustainable development and green economy,and a deep integration of digital economy and real economy.Finally,according to the research,technological innovation,personnel training and policy support are important practice paths for the development of new quality productive forces driven by computing power.
