高等职业教育赋能乡村振兴的逻辑向度与模式特征

摘要 探究高等职业教育在乡村振兴战略中的赋能逻辑与模式创新,旨在构建适应乡村特色的高等职业教育发展路径,助力乡村经济社会的全面发展。借鉴生物学领域的共生理论,解析高等职业教育赋能乡村振兴的共生关系,明确共生单元、共生模式和共生环境三大要素特征,并从资源共生向度、技术共生向度、文化共生向度和价值共创向度对高等职业教育的赋能机理进行深入剖析,总结归纳高等职业教育赋能乡村振兴的校地共生模式、校企共生模式、院校协同模式和产教融合模式及其典型案例。通过进一步拓宽共生单元视角,增强适应性;优化共生环境氛围,保障持续性;凸显共生模式特征,强化协同性。 Exploring the logic of empowerment and mode innovation of higher vocational education in the rural revitalization strategy aims to build the development path of higher vocational education that adapts to the characteristics of rural characteristics and help the comprehensive development of rural economy and society.Learning from the symbiosis theory in the field of biology,it analyzes the symbiotic relationships of higher vocational education empowering rural revitalization,and clarifies the characteristics of the three major elements of symbiotic units,symbiotic models and symbiotic environment,and conducts in-depth analysis of the empowering mechanism of higher vocational education from the perspectives of resource symbiosis,technology symbiosis,cultural symbiosis,and value co-creation.School-government symbiosis mode,school-enterprise symbiosis mode,institutional synergy mode and industry-education integration mode,and their typical cases,are summarized for higher vocational education’s empowerment of rural revitalization.Enhance adaptability by broadening the perspective of symbiotic units;Ensure sustainability by optimizing the environmental atmosphere;Strengthen synergy by highlighting the characteristics of the symbiotic mode.
