店坪矿2062系统巷施工工艺与支护优化分析

摘要 基于店坪煤矿2062系统巷布置条件复杂,面临施工周期长、施工效率低、工序复杂、支护难度大等问题;拟定采用“近距离过巷+反掘”施工工艺;对过巷段顶板采取“人工复合假顶”支护,对反掘段三角区煤柱采取“组合锚索+锚索吊棚+注浆锚杆+柔模浇筑”联合支护;实际应用表明,施工工艺优化后,避免了系统巷与回风巷贯通,减少了风桥施工数量,系统巷施工周期缩短了6.5 d,防止了近距离过巷段顶板以及反掘段三角区煤柱垮落、失稳现象,取得了显著应用成效。 To solve the problems of long construction period,low construction efficiency,complex process,and difficult support in the 2062 system roadway of Dianping Colliery,the author proposes to adopt the construction technology of“close distance tunneling and inverse mining”,a support of“artificial composite false roof”for the roof of the tunneling section,and a combined support of“composite anchor cable,anchor cable hanging shed,grouting bolt and flexible module casting”for the coal pillars in the triangular area of the inverse excavation section,whose practical application achieves significant application results,avoiding the connection between the system roadway and the ventilation roadway,reducing the number of wind bridge constructions,shortening the construction period of the system roadway by 6.5 days,and preventing the collapse and instability of coal pillars in the roof of the roadway section and the triangular area of the inverse excavation section at close distance tunneling.
