东曲矿工作面充填采煤技术试验方案与应用

摘要 针对地面矸石处置难问题,东曲矿进行了工作面充填采煤技术试验。一是实验室测试矸石充填物料滑落安息角、不同粒径级配压实特性和散体矸石注浆加固特性;二是通过方案比较,建立地面破碎转运系统、井下运输系统;三是选用配套充填设备,采用合理的充采技术工艺。井下八采区28810综采工作面试验结果表明,充填工作面采空区控制效果达到了预期目标。 In response to the problem of difficult disposal of ground gangue,a coal filling mining technology experiment is conducted on the working face of Dongqu Colliery,including testing the sliding angle,compaction characteristics of different particle size gradations and the grouting reinforcement characteristics of loose gangue filling materials in the laboratory;establishing a ground crushing and transportation system and an underground transportation system through scheme comparison;selecting matching filling equipment and adopting reasonable filling and mining technology processes.The test results of the 28810 fully mechanized mining face in the eight underground mining areas show that the control effect of the goaf in the filling working face achieves the expected goal.
