摘要
为缓解软岩巷道围岩变形,以成庄煤矿5320工作面地质条件为背景,对软岩微拱形巷道支护技术方案进行了设计应用,采用顶板钻孔窥视、巷道取芯、力学性质测试等方法,对53202巷围岩裂隙区分布情况以及力学特性进行了分析,优化了巷道支护设计参数,采用拱形断面支护并通过加长锚索长度等方式加强巷道支护强度。根据巷道掘进过程中的矿压显现情况,顶板最大下沉量为22 mm,两帮变形量最大为41 mm,围岩变形整体在可控范围内。
In order to alleviate the deformation of the surrounding rock in the soft rock roadway,based on the geological conditions of the 5320 working face in Chengzhuang Colliery,the author designs a soft rock micro arched roadway support technology scheme,analyzes the distribution and mechanical properties of the crack zone in the surrounding rock of 53202 roadway by means of roof drilling observation,roadway coring,and mechanical property testing,optimizes the roadway support design parameters,and adopts arch section support to strengthen the roadway support strength by lengthening the anchor cable length,which controls the deformation of the surrounding rock,with the maximum subsidence of the roof of 22 mm and the maximum deformation of the two sides of 41 mm.
