采动影响下巷道围岩稳定性控制设计与应用

摘要 针对东曲煤矿12511工作面回采作业时,12511低位瓦斯抽采巷围岩以及12513轨道巷围岩会受采动影响而失去稳定性的问题,提出以补强支护技术控制12511低抽巷围岩稳定性、以密集钻孔切顶卸压技术控制12513轨道巷围岩稳定性的方案;根据工作面2^(#)、4^(#)煤层层间距的变化,以工作面低抽巷19^(#)高程点为分界点将低抽巷、轨道巷分别分为两个区域,分区设计巷道围岩控制方案。实际应用所设计的巷道围岩稳定性控制方案,结果表明:采用补强支护方案后,12511工作面低位瓦斯抽采巷得到了有效保护,维持了巷道围岩的稳定;轨道顺槽密集钻孔切顶卸压方案的应用,改善了轨道巷及低抽巷的应力环境,控制了巷道围岩的稳定性;方案的应用还减少了巷道的维护成本,6个月的回采时间共节省了巷道维护费用307.561万元。 In response to the instability issues of the surrounding rock in the 12511 low-level gas extraction roadway and the 12513 track roadway of Dongqu Colliery,the author proposes a scheme to control the stability of the surrounding rock in the 12511 low-level gas extraction roadway using supplementing strength supporting technology,and to control the stability of the surrounding rock in the 12513 track roadway using close drilling roof cutting pressure relief technology.The practical application results show that the reinforcement support scheme effectively protects the low-level gas extraction roadway of the 12511 working face and maintains the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the close drilling roof cutting pressure relief technology scheme along the track groove improves the stress environment of the track roadway and low pumping roadway,and controls the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,which reduces the maintenance cost of the roadway,saving a total of 3.07561 million yuan in roadway maintenance costs during the 6 month mining period.
