摘要
本文针对高瓦斯矿井回采过程中工作面以及回风隅角容易形成瓦斯积聚以及超限的问题,通过对顶底板裂隙发育以及瓦斯运移规律分析得到煤层开采后冒落带、裂隙带中下部以及底板裂隙破坏带为瓦斯治理重点区域,基于此提出了一种“埋管抽放+邻近层预抽”的回风隅角瓦斯治理技术。实践表明,采取该措施后,在工作面回采过程中,回风隅角未出现瓦斯积聚和超限现象,瓦斯治理效果良好,能够有效解决工作面瓦斯超限以及回风隅角瓦斯积聚问题。
Aiming at the problem of gas accumulation and overrun in goaf during the mining process in high-gas mines,the authors conclude that the key areas for gas control are the caving zone,the middle and lower parts of the fracture zone,and the floor heave failure zone after coal seam mining by analysis of the development of roof and floor fracture and the law of gas migration,and propose a goaf gas control technology with“buried-pipe drainage and adjacent-layer pre drainage”,whose practice has shown that it can effectively solve the gas accumulation and overrun accidents in the goaf,providing valuable reference significance for other similar mines.
