同安煤矿井下综合管网升级优化安装施工方案

摘要 对同安煤矿4^(#)煤层井下旧的管网进行升级优化,设计了矿井排水、供风、供水、注氮、灌浆、消防洒水、静水等管网系统,设计了管件运输、管路支架及阀门安装、通水试验等方案。总计使用管路长度为54750 m,总重量约1174 t。方案合理、经济、实用、安全,安装工作强度降低,系统未影响其他生产系统正常运行;管网改造耗时短,减少了经济方面的支出;改造后的管网管路故障减少,安全风险降低,整体安全效果显著。 The author introduces the upgrading and optimization of old underground pipeline network of No.4 coal seam in Tong'an Colliery,including the pipeline network systems of mine drainage,air supply,water supply,nitrogen injection,grouting and fire sprinkling,and the designed schemes of pipe fittings transportation,pipe supports and valves installation and the water draining test with the total pipeline length of 54750 meters and the total weight of about 1174 tons,which has been proved reasonable,economical,practical and safe,decreasing the installation work intensity with no influence on the normal operation of other production systems,and reducing the economic costs with short transformation time consumption and the pipeline faults with remarkable overall safety effect.
