摘要
目前喷雾降尘是煤矿井下最常用的降尘方式之一,因其成本低、系统简单等特点,被广泛应用于采掘工作面、运输巷、回风巷等不同地点。根据不同场景的功能需求,喷雾降尘主要有尘源跟踪喷雾、液压支架喷雾、巷道喷雾等多种类型的喷雾装置,并且都朝着便捷化智能化的方向发展。目前喷雾装置在现场应用过程中,还存在检测技术受限、安装维护不便、供电通信不稳等不足。
As one of the most common dust suppression methods,dust suppression by spraying is widely used in excavation face,transportation roadway and ventilation roadway due to its characteristics of low-cost,simple-structure.The paper introduces the different types of spraying devices such as dust-source-tracing spraying,hydraulic-support spraying,roadway spraying according to the functional requirements in different scenes with the development direction of convenience and intelligence,including the disadvantages of confined detecting technology,inconvenient installation and maintenance,and unstable power supply communication in the field application process.
