矿井供电线路智能远程监管的研究与应用

随着数字化、智能化的发展,各项工作得到不断提升,枣矿集团逐步推进矿井线路数字化、智能化应用。矿井供电线路的安全关系到矿井生产安全天字号大事,涉及矿井提升、通风、人员的生命安全。因此,矿井供电线路保障工作亟待提高。为此,提出了矿井供电线路智能远程监管系统研究与应用的课题,以达到提高资产管理、线路巡视、运维检查、检修、快速定位杆塔位置的目的,实现运维人员数量的优化以及运维效率的大幅提升。矿井供电线路智能远程监管系统,主要运用远程视频、架空线路5G测温装置、RTK测量定位工具、便携记录仪、布控球等工具技术,形成矿井供电线路运维管理。集成视频监控、智能识别、巡检、故障预警、重点线路施工工程现场监测以及数据展示与报表生成等核心功能,确保电力线路及其重点工程施工、运维工作的高效运行、精准执行与可靠保障,从而达到矿井供电线路从建设、维护、维修到日常巡查、巡检实现远程集中管理,提升矿井供电线路的运行可靠性、安全性。

The development of digitization and intelligence has greatly improved the operation,maintenance and monitoring of mine power supply lines.The paper introduces the application of intelligent remote centralized management system for mine power supply lines in Zaozhuang Mining Group.,which can realize the core functions such as video monitoring,intelligent identification,inspection,fault warning,on-site monitoring of key line construction projects,data display and report generation by technical means of remote video,5G temperature measurement devices for overhead lines,RTK measurement and positioning tools,portable recorders,deployment balls,ensuring the efficient operation,accurate execution and reliable guarantee of power lines and key engineering construction and maintenance,achieving the remote centralized management of mine power supply lines from construction,maintenance,repair to routine inspection and inspection,and improving the reliability and safety of mine power supply lines.
