摘要
针对云岗选煤厂员工培训的现状,从组织、员工需求、培训资源、评估监控等方面分析了存在的问题。通过模糊综合决策法评估发现,评价为“一般”的隶属度最高,为0.39,表明该厂培训效果不理想。从组织形式、员工意愿、培训资源和评估反馈4个方面提出了改进措施,建立适合该厂实际情况的员工培训体系,有助于培训效果的提升。
In view of the existing problems of staff training from the aspects of organization,staff demand,training resources,evaluation monitoring,etc.in Yungang Coal Preparation Plant,the author conclude that the training effect is not ideal with the highest of 0.39 of the membership degree of"General"through the evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive decision-making method,and proposes the improvement measures to establish a staff training system suitable for the actual situation from four aspects of organization form,staff will,training resources and evaluation feedback,hoping to improve the training effect.
