摘要
目的研究孟鲁司特钠与丙卡特罗联用对慢性咳嗽患儿的效果.方法选择2020年1月-2022年12月我院的92例慢性咳嗽患儿,随机分为两组.对照组单用丙卡特罗,观察组联用孟鲁司特钠.比较两组的疗效,检测最大呼气压(maximum expiratory pressure,PEmax)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、呼气峰流速(peak expiratory flow rate,PEF)、一氧化碳弥散量(diffusion of carbon monoxide,DLCO)、最大吸气压(maximum inspiratory pressure,PImax)、免疫功能指标、血清P物质(substance P)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)水平.结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的CD3+、CD4+/CD8+和CD4+无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的CD3+、CD4+/CD8+和CD4+均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的PEmax、FVC、PEF、DLCO和PImax无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的PEmax、FVC、PEF、DLCO和PImax均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的血清SP、hs-CRP和CGRP水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的血清SP、hs-CRP和CGRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05).结论孟鲁司特钠与丙卡特罗联用对儿童慢性咳嗽有较为显著的效果,值得推广.
Objective Study the effect of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol on children with chronic cough.Methods Selected 92 cases of children with chronic cough from January 2020 to December 2022,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with procaterol alone,while the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium in combination.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups,measuring maximum expiratory pressure(PEmax),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),diffusion of carbon monoxide(DLCO)and maximum inspiratory pressure(PImax),immune function indicators,serum substance P(substance P),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP).Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,and CD4+between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,and CD4+in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was even higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PEmax,FVC,PEF,DLCO,and PImax between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PEmax,FVC,PEF,DLCO,and PImax in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was even higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum SP,hs-CRP,and CGRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum SP,hs-CRP,and CGRP levels in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was even lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of montelukast sodium and procaterol has a significant effect on chronic cough in children and is worth promoting.
