精准院前急救流程管理法在急性胸痛患者院前急救中的价值

The value of accurate pre-hospital care flow management in pre-hospital care of patients with acute chest pain

目的探讨精准院前急救流程管理法在急性胸痛患者院前急救中的应用价值.方法选取2022年1月-2024年4月镇江市急救中心直属急救点、分站急救点初步诊断为胸痛而转入当地胸痛中心的患者56例作为研究对象,根据收治时间分为对照组(n=28)与研究组(n=28),对照组采用常规急救方法,研究组采用流程管理法,对两组患者各项时间指标、各项急救效果指标以及满意度进行比较.结果研究组患者出诊反应时间、首次医疗接触至首份心电图时间、院前急救耗时、急诊入院时间以及住院时间指标均短于对照组,心电图远程传输比例高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者转运成功率、血管再通率高于对照组,并发症发生率、死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组满意度分别为92.86%、67.86%,研究组满意度较对照组高(P<0.05).结论急性胸痛患者应用流程管理法进行院前急救,可以有效缩短急救时间、提高急救效果,并降低患者死亡率以及并发症发生率.

Objective To explore the application value of accurate pre-hospital first aid flow management in pre-hospital first aid for patients with acute chest pain.Methods From January 2022 to April 2024,56 patients who were initially diagnosed as chest pain in the Emergency Department of Zhenjiang City were selected as the study subjects,the patients were divided into control group(n=28)and study group(n=28)according to the time of admission,the time index,first aid effect index and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of the results showed that the response time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that of the control group in terms of the response time to discharge,the time from the first medical contact to the first electrocardiogram,the time consumed in prehospital emergency care,the time of emergency admission and the time of hospitalization,and the proportion of electrocardiograms being transmitted remotely was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the success rate of patient transportation and the rate of revascularization of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of complications and the death rate were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group and the control group was 92.86%and 67.86%,respectively,and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of process management in pre-hospital first aid for patients with acute chest pain can effectively shorten the first aid time,improve the first aid effect,and reduce the mortality and complications.
