消瘤止痛方穴位贴敷改善肝郁气滞型乳癖的护理观察

Nursing observation of Xiaoliu Zhitong formula acupoint application to improve milk fetish of liver-qi stagnation type

目的观察消瘤止痛方穴位贴敷改善肝郁气滞型乳癖症状的疗效.方法选取2019年11月-2020年9月昆明市中医医院肿瘤科收治的肝郁气滞型乳癖女性患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为对照组(n=36)、观察组(n=36),两组均给予口服逍遥丸常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予消瘤止痛方穴位贴敷治疗,治疗30d后观察两组治疗前后乳房肿块最长径大小、治疗前后乳房疼痛NRS评分.结果两组治疗前后乳房肿块最长径大小比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后乳房肿块小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后乳房疼痛NRS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后乳房疼痛NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论消瘤止痛方穴位贴敷联合逍遥丸在减轻肝郁气滞型乳癖患者乳房疼痛和缩小乳房肿块大小方面有较好的效果,并能提升患者满意度,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiaoliu Zhitong formula for acupoint application in improving the symptoms of breast disease with liver qi stagnation.Methods A total of 72 female patients with breast disease due to liver qi stagnation admitted to the Oncology Department of Kunming City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=36)using a random number table.Both groups received oral Xiaoyao Pill as routine treatment,while the observation group received additional Xiaoliu Zhitong formula for acupoint application on the basis of routine treatment.After 30 days of treatment,the maximum diameter of breast mass and the NRS score of breast pain before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of the maximum diameter of breast mass before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover,the breast mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was also a statistically significant difference in the comparison of NRS scores for breast pain before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Additionally,the NRS score for breast pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoliu Zhitong formula for acupoint application and Xiaoyao Pill is effective in relieving breast pain and reducing the size of breast mass in patients with breast disease due to liver qi stagnation.It also improves patient satisfaction and is worthy of clinical promotion.
