微针针灸在黄褐斑中的疗效及对局部氧化损伤的影响研究

Study on the effect of microneedle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with chloasmata and influence for local oxidative damage

目的探究微针针灸在黄褐斑中的疗效及对局部氧化损伤的影响.方法将2022年6月-2024年1月期间本院收治的86例黄褐斑患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组43例.对照组进行常规黄褐斑治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上加用微针针灸.比较两组的黄褐斑治疗总有效率、治疗前后的疾病情况(MASI评分)、生活质量(Ch-MELASQOL评分)及局部氧化损伤指标(组织SOD、LPO及MDA).结果观察组的黄褐斑治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的MASI评分、Ch-MELASQOL评分及局部氧化损伤指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的MASI评分、Ch-MELASQOL评分及组织LPO、MDA显著低于对照组,组织SOD显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论微针针灸在黄褐斑中的疗效较好,对局部氧化损伤的改善作用较好,临床应用价值较高.

Objective To investigate the effect of microneedle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with chloasmata and influence for local oxidative damage.Methods 86 patients with chloasmata from June 2022 to January 2024 were divided into control group 43 cases and observation group 43 cases by the random number table.The control group were treated with routine treatment for chloasmata,the observation group were treated with microneedle acupuncture on the routine treatment.Then the total effective rates for chloasmata,disease state(MASI score),life quality(Ch-MELASQOL score)and local oxidative damage indexes(tissue SOD,LPO and MDA)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates for chloasmata of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the MASI score,Ch-MELASQOL score and local oxidative damage indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the MASI score,Ch-MELASQOL score and tissue LPO,MDA of observation group after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,the tissue SOD was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of microneedle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with chloasmata is better,and its improvement role for local oxidative damage of patients is better,so its application value in patients with chloasmata is higher.
