AI温控射频治疗产后慢性盆腔痛的效果分析

Therapeutic effect of AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency on postpartum chronic pelvic pain

目的分析AI温控射频治疗产后慢性盆腔痛的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2019年1月至2021年1月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的产后慢性盆腔痛患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用手法按摩扩张治疗,观察组采用AI温控射频治疗。比较两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及女性性功能指数(FSFI)变化。结果观察组总有效率(94.87%,37/39)高于对照组(74.36%,29/39),P<0.05。治疗1、2、3个月后,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05),FSFI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AI温控射频治疗产后慢性盆腔痛效果显著,能明显缓解机体疼痛,提升性功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of artificial intelligence(AI)temperature-controlled radiofrequency in the treatment of postpartum chronic pelvic pain.Methods A total of 78 patients with postpartum chronic pelvic pain treated in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected for the cohort study.And they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received manual massage expansion therapy,while the observation group received Al temperature-controlled radiofrequency therapy.The curative effect of the two groups were compared;the preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and female sexual function index(FSFI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%(37/39),which was higher than the 74.36%(29/39)of the control group(P<0.05).After 1,2,and 3 months of treatment,the VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),while the FSFI score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency has a significant effect in the treatment of postpartum chronic pelvic pain;this therapy can significantly relieve body pain,and enhance sexual function.
