益肾固精汤联合帕罗西汀治疗早泄的疗效及对阴茎体感诱发电位的影响

Yishen Gujing Decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of premature ejaculation and its effect on penile somatosensory evoked potential

目的:探讨益肾固精汤联合帕罗西汀治疗早泄的疗效及对阴茎体感诱发电位的影响。方法:选取我院于2021年7月~2022年6月期间收治的52例早泄患者,按照随机对照原则分为两组,各26例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,研究组采用益肾固精汤联合帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、射精潜伏时间、早泄程度、阴茎体感诱发电位振幅及潜伏期的变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高(96.15%VS 69.23%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医症候积分、PEDT评分、阴茎体感诱发电位振幅均下降,而射精潜伏时间、阴茎体感诱发电位潜伏期均上升,且研究组上述指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比(11.54%VS 7.69%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给予早泄患者益肾固精汤联合帕罗西汀进行治疗,疗效确切,可有效缓解患者临床症状,延长射精潜伏时间,改善阴茎体感诱发电位,且不增加不良反应,安全性良好,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Yishen Gujing Decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of premature ejaculation and its effect on penile somatosensory evoked potential.Methods The 52 premature ejaculation patients admitted to our hospital between were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the study group was treated with Yishen Gujing Decoction combined with paroxetine.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,ejaculation latency,premature ejaculation degree,changes in penile somatosensory evoked potential amplitude and latency,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(96.15%VS 69.23%)(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome,PEDT score,and penile somatosensory evoked potential amplitude were compared with that before treatment.Both decreased,while the ejaculation latency and penile somatosensory evoked potential latency increased,and the improvement of the above indicators in the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared(11.54)%VS (7.69%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Yishen Gujing Decoction combined with paroxetine for premature ejaculation patients has a definite effect,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,prolong ejaculation latency,improve penile somatosensory evoked potential,and does not increase adverse reactions.It is safe and has clinical promotion significance.
