中医学认为,小儿过敏性鼻炎属于“鼻鼽”范畴,主要由外感风邪引起。中医外治疗法如小儿推拿、艾灸、脐灸、拔罐等,在小儿过敏性鼻炎治疗中具有良好的应用效果,能够缓解患儿的症状,降低复发率。该文深入探讨了小儿过敏性鼻炎的病因病机、辨证论治及中医外治法,为临床治疗提供了新的选择,未来研究将进一步优化治疗方案,深入探讨中医治疗的作用机制,为患儿提供更加安全有效的治疗措施。

Chinese medicine believes that allergic rhinitis in children belongs to the category of"allergic rhinitis",mainly caused by external wind evil.Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment such as children's massage,moxibustion,umbilical moxibustion,cupping,etc.,in the treatment of children allergic rhinitis has a good application effect,can alleviate the symptoms of children,and reduce the recurrence rate.This paper discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in children,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which provided a new choice for clinical treatment.Future studies will further optimize the treatment plan,deeply explore the mechanism of TCM treatment,and provide more safe and effective treatment measures for children.
