院前急救医疗服务在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Pre-Hospital Care Medical Service in Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy of Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的:分析院前急救医疗服务在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月扬州市急救中心收治的60例缺血性脑卒中患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组进行常规院前急救及转运措施,观察组在对照组基础上进行院前急救医疗服务。比较两组救治效率、神经功能、预后情况及并发症发生率。结果:观察组派车时间、入院至静脉溶栓时间及发病至治疗时间均较对照组短(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组预后良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.008)。结论:院前急救医疗服务在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗中的应用效果较好,能够提高救治效率,改善患者的神经功能和预后,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of pre-hospital care medical service in intravenous thrombolytic therapy of ischemic stroke patients.Methods:Sixty patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Yangzhou Emergency Medical Center from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine pre-hospital care and transportation measures,while the observation group received pre-hospital care medical service on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency,neurological function,prognosis,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The vehicle dispatching time,time from hospital admission to intravenous thrombolysis,and time from onset to treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).The good prognosis rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.008).Conclusion:The application effect of pre-hospital care medical service in intravenous thrombolytic therapy of ischemic stroke patients is good,which can improve treatment efficiency,ameliorate patient's neurological function and prognosis,and reduce the incidence of complications.
