双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Diarrhea in Children

目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:选择2020年10月—2021年12月如皋市第三人民医院收治的腹泻患儿85例进行研究,对患儿进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.021)。观察组发热、呕吐、腹泻缓解时间均短于对照组,大便性状恢复时间早于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果显著,能够缓解患儿临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,促进患儿康复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of eighty-five children with diarrhea treated in Rugao Third People's Hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected for this study,and the children were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom remission time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.021);the remission time of fever,vomiting and diarrhea in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the recovery time of stool traits was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.001)before treatment,there was no significant difference in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple live powder combined with montmorillonite powder has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of children's diarrhea,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and promote the rehabilitation of children.
