丹参多酚酸治疗心脑血管疾病的临床效果分析及药学监护

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenols in Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases and Pharmaceutical Care

目的:分析丹参多酚酸治疗心脑血管疾病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月南通市海门区第五人民医院收治的128例心脑血管患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、血液流变学指标、炎性反应指标。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.025)。治疗2周后,两组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸治疗心脑血管疾病的临床效果较好,能够降低不良反应发生率,血液流变学指标,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols in treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and pharmace utical care.Methods:A total of 128 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Haimen District in Nantong City from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drugs,and the observation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols on the basis of control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,hemorheology index and inflammatory response index were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).After 2 weeks of treatment,the plasma viscosity,high shear viscosity of plasma and fibrinogen levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols has better clinical effects in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and hemorheology index,and alleviate inflammatory reactions.
