微型钢板内固定与弹力髓内针髓内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of mini steel plate internal fixation and elastic intramedullary needle intramedullary fixation in the treatment of metacarpal fractures

目的:分析微型钢板内固定与弹力髓内针髓内固定治疗非粉碎型掌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2023年10月贵州航天医院收治的60例非粉碎型掌骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组应用微型钢板内固定治疗,研究组应用弹力髓内针髓内固定治疗。对比两组手术时间、住院时间、手功能评分及日常生活能力。结果:研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组手功能、日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组手功能、日常生活能力评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与微型钢板内固定相比,弹力髓内针髓内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果更好,能够缩短患者手术时间和住院时间,改善其手功能,提高其日常生活能力。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of mini steel plate internal fixation and elastic intramedullary needle intramedullary fixation in the treatment of non comminuted metacarpal fractures.Method:Sixty patients with non comminuted metacarpal fractures admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from May 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mini steel plate internal fixation,while the research group was treated with elastic intramedullary needle intramedullary fixation.Compare the surgical time,hospitalization time,hand function score,and daily living ability between two groups.Result:The study group had shorter surgical time and hospitalization time than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hand function and daily living ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the hand function and daily living ability scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with micro steel plate internal fixation,elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation has better clinical effects in the treatment of metacarpal fractures,which can shorten the surgical time and hospitalization time of patients,improve their hand function,and enhance their daily living ability.
