腕踝针疗法联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇在混合痔患者术后镇痛中的应用效果

Application Effect of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Ketorolac Tromethamine in Postoperative Analgesia of Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:分析腕踝针疗法联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇在混合痔患者术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年1月枣庄市中医医院收治的70例混合痔手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合腕踝针疗法治疗。比较两组术后疼痛程度、治疗效果、术后恢复情况及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组术后4 h、术后1 d、术后2 d视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,首次排尿时间、首次排便时间短于对照组,排尿评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腕踝针疗法联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇在混合痔术后患者镇痛中的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛,促进其术后恢复,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy combined with ketorolac tromethamine in postoperative analgesia of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Zaozhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ketorolac tromethamine,while the observation group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of control group.The postoperative pain level,treatment effect,postoperative recovery and incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results:At postoperative 4 h,on postoperative 1 d and on postoperative 2 d,the scores of visual analogue scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of first urination and the time of first bowel movement in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the score of urination in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy with ketorolac tromethamine has significant application effects in postoperative analgesia of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and promote their postoperative recovery,with high safety.
