预见性护理在CCU重症急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Predictive Care in CCU Patients with Severe Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析预见性护理在CCU重症急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的CCU重症急性心肌梗死患者106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各53例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理。比较两组患者不良事件发生率、抢救时间、护理满意度、心理状态。结果:观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,急诊至CCU时间、有效抢救时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在CCU重症急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果较好,能够降低不良事件发生率,缩短抢救时间,改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of predictive care in CCU patients with severe acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 106 CCU patients with severe acute myocardial infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received predictive care.The incidence of adverse events,rescue time,nursing satisfaction degree,and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the time from emergency to CCU and the effective rescue time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive care has a good effect in CCU patients with severe acute myocardial infarction,and can reduce the incidence of adverse events,shorten the rescue time,ameliorate the mental state of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
