加速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理在腹股沟疝手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Perioperative Nursing Care Guided by Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgical Concepts in Patients Undergoing Inguinal Hernia Surgery

目的:分析加速康复外科(ERAS)理念指导下的围术期护理在腹股沟疝手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年3月泰兴市人民医院收治的腹股沟疝的患者68例进行研究,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组进行常规围术期护理,研究组在对照组基础上进行ERAS理念指导下的围术期护理。比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组手术时间、术后胃肠道通气时间、术后首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间较对照组短,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ERAS理念指导下的围术期护理在腹股沟疝手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够缩短手术时间、胃肠道通气时间、首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of perioperative care under the guidance of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)concept in inguinal hernia surgery patients.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with thirty-four cases.The control group was subjected to conventional perioperative care,and the study group was subjected to perioperative care under the guidance of ERAS concept on the basis of the control group.Surgery-related indexes and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group had shorter operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation time,postoperative first feeding time,first time to get out of bed and hospitalization time than the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing under the guidance of ERAS concept in patients with inguinal hernia surgery is more effective,which can shorten the operation time,gastrointestinal ventilation time,first feeding time,first time out of bed activity and hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
