高校大学生健康体检需求及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Demand for Physical Examination of College Students and Its Influencing Factors

目的:分析高校大学生健康体检需求及其影响因素。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年11月在齐齐哈尔大学参加健康体检的1 316名大学生作为研究对象,对所有学生进行问卷调查,分析大学生健康体检需求及其影响因素。结果:参加体检的1 316名大学生中,有体检需求的大学生为817名(62.08%),无体检需求的大学生为499名(37.92%)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、学历、专业、居住地、家庭月收入是齐齐哈尔大学生健康体检需求的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、学历、专业、居住地、家庭月收入是齐齐哈尔大学大学生健康体检需求的独立影响因素,在实施学生体检方案时,需要充分考虑这些因素,满足学生的健康需求。同时,学校和社会也需加强对学生的健康教育,增强他们的健康意识和自我保健能力。

Objective:To analyze the demand for physical examination of college students and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of one thousand three hundred and sixteen college students who participated in physical examination in Qiqihar University from September 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on all students.The demand for physical examination of college students and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:Among the 1,316 college students who participated in physical examination,817(62.08%)had physical examination requirements and 499(37.92%)had no physical examination requirements;the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that age,education background,major,residence and monthly family income were the independent factors influencing the demand for physical examination of Qiqihar college students(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,educational background,major,residence and family monthly income are independent factors influencing the demand for physical examination of Qiqihar University students.These factors should be fully considered in the implementation of the student physical examination program to meet the health needs of students.At the same time,schools and society also need to strengthen the health education of students,improve their health awareness and self-care ability.
