动态关节松动术联合肌力训练在肩周炎手术患者术后恢复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Dynamic Joint Loosening Combined with Muscle Strength Training in Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis

目的:探讨动态关节松动术联合肌力训练在肩周炎手术患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月新疆乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院康复科收治的肩周炎手术患者84例进行研究,采用奇偶数字法随机分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组进行肌力训练,研究组在对照组基础上应用动态关节松动术。比较两组肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节功能、肢体肌力及生活自理能力。结果:干预后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组;两组Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组肢体肌力、日常生活能力评定量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌力训练联合动态关节松动术在肩周炎手术患者术后恢复中的应用效果较好,可缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善肢体肌力和关节功能,提高生活自理能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of dynamic joint loosening combined with muscle strength training in postoperative recovery of patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods:A total of eighty-four patients with periarthritis surgery treated in the rehabilitation department of Xinjiang Urumqi Fourth People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into control group and study group by odd-even number method,with forty-two cases in each group.The control group underwent muscle strength training,and the study group applied dynamic joint loosening based on the control group.The degree of shoulder joint pain,shoulder joint function,limb muscle strength and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the score of visual analogue score in two groups was lower than before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group;the score of Constant-Murley shoulder joint score scale in both groups was higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the muscle strength and daily living ability rating scale scores of both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of muscle strength training combined with dynamic joint loosening in the postoperative recovery of patients with shoulder periarthritis is good,which can relieve the pain symptoms of patients,improve the muscle strength and joint function of limbs,and improve the self-care ability of life.
