Application Effect of Humanistic Care Curriculum Setting in Pre-Job Training for New Nurses

目的:分析人文关怀课程设置在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于中宁县中医医院进行培训的新护士60名进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30名。对照组采取常规岗前培训,试验组在对照组基础上增加人文关怀课程。比较两组培训测试成绩、人文关怀能力评分、人文关怀行为评分及培训满意度。结果:培训后,两组护理理论测试分数、护理实践测试分数均高于培训前(P<0.05),试验组护理理论测试分数、护理实践测试分数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组人文关怀能力、人文关怀行为各项评分高于对照组,培训总满意度高于对照组(P=0.011)。结论:人文关怀课程设置在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果显著,可提高新护士的人文关怀能力及培训满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanistic care curriculum setting in the pre-job training for new nurses.Methods:A total of 60 new nurses who were trained in Zhongning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 nurses in each group.The control group received routine pre-job training,and the experimental group received humanistic care curriculum on the basis of the control group.The training test results,humanistic care ability scores,humanistic care behavior scores and training satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results:After the training,the scores of nursing theory test and nursing practice test in the two groups were higher than those before training(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of nursing theory test and nursing practice test between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The scores of humanistic care ability and humanistic care behavior in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the total training satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.011).Conclusion:The application effect of humanistic care curriculum setting in the pre-job training for new nurses is significant,which can improve the humanistic care ability and training satisfaction degree of new nurses.
