多西他赛联合顺铂化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Docetaxel Combined with Cisplatin Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer Patients

目的:分析多西他赛联合顺铂化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月德州市立医院收治的局部晚期宫颈癌患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为参照组(42例)和研究组(42例)。参照组给予氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂化疗,研究组给予多西他赛联合顺铂化疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、血清指标水平、免疫学指标水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.014)。两组不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组趋化素、细胞角蛋白19低于治疗前,且研究组低于参照组,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、自然杀伤细胞水平低于治疗前,且CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤细胞水平低于同期参照组(P<0.05)。结论:多西他赛联合顺铂化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果显著,可以改善血清指标、免疫学指标,用药安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in locally advanced cervical cancer patients.Methods:A total of 84 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to Dezhou Municipal Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They was divided into the reference group(42 cases)and the study group(42 cases)using the randomized lottery method.The reference group was treated with fluorouracil combined with cisplatin,and the study group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,serum index levels and immunological index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.014).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of chemotaxins and cytokeratin 19 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the reference group,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and natural killer cell in the study group were lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and natural killer cell were lower than those in the same period of time in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Docetaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy has a significant effect in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer,and can improve serum indexes and immunological indexes,and has a high drug safety.
