超声乳化吸除术治疗老年白内障合并青光眼的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Phacoemulsification in Treatment of Elderly Cataract Complicated with Glaucoma

目的:分析超声乳化吸除术治疗老年白内障合并青光眼的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月南京东南眼科医院、南京市栖霞区医院收治的老年白内障合并青光眼患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。参照组实施小切口非超声乳化白内障吸除术,观察组实施超声乳化吸除术。比较两组临床指标、临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果:术前,两组视力、眼压、前房深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d,两组视力高于术前,且观察组高于参照组,两组眼压低于术前,且观察组低于参照组,两组前房深度大于术前,且观察组大于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.020)。观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P=0.015)。结论:超声乳化吸除术治疗老年白内障合并青光眼的效果显著,可以改善视力,降低眼压,加深前房深度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of elderly cataract complicated with glaucoma.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma who were admitted to Nanjing Southeast Eye Hospital and Nanjing Qixia District Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The reference group underwent small-incision non phacoemulsification,and the observation group underwent phacoemulsification.The clinical indicators,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Before operation,there was no significant difference in visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth between the two groups(P>0.05).On 7 d after operation,the visual acuity in the two groups was higher than that before operation,and the visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group;the intraocular pressure in the two groups was lower than that before operation,and the intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the reference;the anterior chamber depth in the two groups was greater than that before operation,and the anterior chamber depth in the observation group was greater than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.020).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.015).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly cataract complicated with glaucoma,and can improve visual acuity,reduce intraocular pressure,deepen the anterior chamber depth,and reduce the incidence of complications.
