厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的效果分析

Effect of Irbesartan Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

目的:研究老年高血压患者联合采用厄贝沙坦、氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月茂名市茂南区人民医院收治的老年高血压患者82例作为研究对象,根据抽签法随机分为常规组和联合组,各41例。常规组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,联合组在常规组基础上给予氨氯地平治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.026)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清内皮素-1水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组,两组一氧化氮水平高于治疗前,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的效果显著,能够降低血压水平,改善血管内皮功能,控制炎性反应,且安全性较高。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of combination of irbesartan and amlodipine in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of eighty-two elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Maoming Maonan District People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group according to the lottery method,with forty-one cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with irbesartan,and the combined group was treated with amlodipine on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure were lower in both groups than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group(P=0.026);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factorαin 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum endothelin-1 level in 2 groups was lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the conventional group,and the nitric oxide level in 2 groups was higher than before treatment,and the combined group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with amlodipine has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly hypertension,which can reduce blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial function,and control inflammatory response,and has a high safety.
