摘要
目的:分析经皮微创钢板接骨术(MIPO)治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月揭阳市揭西县五经富镇中心卫生院收治的156例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各78例。对照组实施切开复位内固定术,观察组实施MIPO。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总优良率高于对照组(P=0.012)。观察组手术时间、切口总长度、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后12个月,两组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、一般健康状况、社会功能、精神健康评分高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MIPO治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果显著,可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,缩短切口长度,促进患者康复,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteoplasty(MIPO)on tibial plateau fracture.Methods:A total of one hundred and fifty-six patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Jieyang Jiexi County Wujingfu Town Health Center from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lot,with seventy-eight cases in each group.The control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group underwent MIPO.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The overall good and good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.012);the operation time,total incision length and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);twelve months after surgery,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,emotional function,general health status,social function and mental health in two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPO is effective in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the incision length,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
