津力达颗粒联合常规西药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Jinlida Granules Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes

目的:分析津力达颗粒联合常规西药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月上海市闵行区华漕社区卫生服务中心收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者200例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予津力达颗粒治疗。比较两组心功能、血糖水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组每搏输出量、舒张早期二尖瓣血流峰值/舒张晚期二尖瓣血流速度峰值、左室射血分数高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:津力达颗粒联合常规西药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的效果显著,可以改善患者心功能,降低血糖水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Jinlida Granules combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods:A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes who were admitted to Huacao Community Health Service Center in Minhang District of Shanghai from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group received Jinlida Granules treatment on the basis of control group.Cardiac function,blood glucose level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,stroke volume,mitral early-diastolic inflow peak velocity/end diastolic inflow peak velocity,and left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Jinlida Granules combined with conventional western medicine has significant effects in treatment of coronary heart disease and diabetes,and can improve the patients'cardiac function and decrease blood glucose levels.
