鼻内针刺联合自拟麻夷通窍外洗方辅助内镜手术治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Intranasal Acupuncture Combined with Self-Formulated Mayi Tongqiao External Washing Formula Assisted Endoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Allergic Fungal Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的:分析鼻内针刺联合自拟麻夷通窍外洗方辅助内镜手术治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2022年10月泰安市妇幼保健院耳鼻喉科收治的90例变应性真菌性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施鼻内针刺联合自拟方麻夷通窍外洗方辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:鼻内针刺联合自拟麻夷通窍外洗方辅助内镜手术治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intranasal acupuncture combined with self-formulated Mayi Tongqiao external washing formula assisted endoscopic surgery in the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods:A total of 90 patients with allergic fungal sinusitis with nasal polyps treated in the Otolaryngology Department of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from November 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with intranasal acupuncture combined with self-formulated Mayi Tongqiao external washing formula assisted therapy on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Intranasal acupuncture combined with self-formulated Mayi Tongqiao external washing formula assisted endoscopic surgery has significant clinical effects in the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis with nasal polyps,and can improve clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
